Collins glass - place 2 lime wedges, 2-4 mint leaves and sugar cube in glass and muddle until the sugar is dissolved and 1oz symple syrup. (OR Use 1oz Mint Simple Syrup if you have it) Pour in 1.5oz rum, ice - give a shake/toss and top with club soda. Garnish with lime and mint sprig.
